Are your vacancies staying unfilled?

Hardly any applications, apprentices who drop out after a few months, a team that is permanently at its limit – many businesses know this all too well. In many professions, the German labour market alone is no longer enough.

TalentKnot opens up a second talent pool for you: motivated skilled workers, assistants and apprentices from 16 countries who have learned German abroad and want to work in Germany.

Process

Four steps to your new employees

  1. 1

    Needs analysis

In a free initial consultation, we work out together which profiles you are looking for and how we can support you.

  2. 2

    Select candidates

In structured interviews, we assess potential talents and you receive a shortlist. We then organise the interviews for you, and you decide.

  3. 3

    Contract & authorities

You sign the employment contract, we take care of everything else: e.g. visa, professional recognition, coordination with the authorities, health and long-term care insurance and the journey to Germany.

  4. 4

    Arrival & start of work

As soon as all permits have been granted, your new employees travel to Germany. On request, we also pick the talents up from the airport.

From selection to arrival usually takes 3–6 months.

Personal support

For us, a placement doesn’t end with the signature.

We personally support every placement – from the first conversation until your new employees arrive.

“I get to know every candidate personally. In structured interviews we assess language skills, motivation and professional knowledge – and only introduce you to candidates we are convinced are a genuine fit.”
