Who we place

Three ways to strengthen your team

Skilled workers

Trained employees with professional experience, for example nurses, truck drivers or electricians. We also support the recognition of professional qualifications where required.

Assistants

Reliable support for jobs that don’t require a vocational qualification, for example in warehouses, kitchens, housekeeping or nursing assistance.

Apprentices

Motivated young people who want to complete vocational training in Germany and stay with you long-term. You train your own skilled workers of tomorrow.

Applies to everyone: certified German skills up to B2 level, matched to the respective profession.

Industries

Our industries in detail

Logistics & Passenger Transport

Truck drivers C/CE and bus drivers D/DE as well as warehouse staff and order pickers.

Our advantage with professional drivers: We recruit in countries listed in Annex 11 of the German Driving Licence Regulation, and only drivers who already hold a European driver qualification certificate (code 95). Their driving licence can therefore be converted without a new test. Once the licence has been converted and the driver card applied for, your new drivers can start within a few weeks of arrival.

This saves you time and money – no expensive driving school, no months of waiting. A decisive advantage over drivers from other non-EU countries.

Health Care

Nurses, nursing assistants and physiotherapists for hospitals, care facilities and practices. Foreign nursing and therapy qualifications must be recognised in Germany. We support this procedure and keep you informed at every step.

Skilled trades

Electrical, metalwork, roofing, masonry, landscaping, bakers, pastry chefs and other trades. Especially in demand: apprentices who have consciously chosen the skilled trades and see their training through.

Hotels & Restaurants

Chefs, hotel and restaurant specialists, service staff, housekeeping and kitchen assistants. For hotels and restaurants that don’t want to struggle for staff every season.

Process

Our approach in four phases

So you always know where you stand: this is what we do, and this is what we need from you.

  1. Phase 1

    Needs analysis & requirements profile

    What we do

In an initial meeting, we get to know each other personally and analyse your staffing needs. Together we define the qualifications, language skills and start dates your new employees should have and turn this into a requirements profile.

    What we need from you

30 minutes of your time, job description, details on pay and place of work.

  2. Phase 2

    Recruiting & candidate selection

    What we do

Once you have decided to work with us, we start the search in our partner network. We check qualifications and language certificates and present you with a shortlist of suitable candidates.

    What we need from you

    Video interviews and your selection.

  3. Phase 3

    Contract & official procedures

    What we do

We organise and coordinate all necessary steps – from the work visa to the recognition of professional qualifications. Together with BARMER, we arrange health and long-term care insurance and apply for the social security number. You receive regular status updates.

    What we need from you

The employment or training contract, which you sign directly with your new employees, and signatures on official forms.

  4. Phase 4

    Arrival & start of work

    What we do

As soon as all permits have been granted, your new employees travel to Germany. We prepare the start of work with you: arrival date, insurance with BARMER and an overview of the first steps after arrival. On request, we also pick your new employees up from the airport.

From selection to arrival usually takes 3–6 months. If you are planning a training start in summer, you should therefore plan early.

Costs & transparency

What does a placement cost?

You pay a fee for a successful placement. The amount depends on your individual needs. Our service is always free of charge for the candidates – and we make sure our partners abroad follow this too.

Included in the fee:

  • Needs analysis and requirements profile
  • Candidate search and preselection
  • Checking qualifications and language certificates
  • Organisation of interviews
  • Coordination of visa, recognition and official procedures
  • Arranging health and long-term care insurance with BARMER
  • Preparing the start of work
  • 3-month satisfaction guarantee

You will receive your individual offer after the initial consultation – in writing and without hidden costs.

3-month satisfaction guarantee – how it works

A three-month satisfaction guarantee applies to all placed talents. If the employment ends during this period or either side is not satisfied, we find a replacement free of charge. You take no risk.

We work with language schools and educational institutions in 16 countries and are in close contact with our partners on site. You decide which countries your new employees should come from.
